Fire rating

The tested fire ratings for the light permeable elements of the LIGHT PANEL BV are unique in the market.

The upper panel has, on the basis of NEN13501, a fire rating of E (ES1D0) ...

The under panel has, on the basis of NEN13501, a fire rating of B (BS1D3) ... On the basis of German values DIN4102, the under panel has a value of B2.

Lengths and customization

Strong in customization! Every task and application is different and the LIGHT PANEL is extremely suitable here.

The lengths of the light permeable elements of the LIGHT PANEL BV are produced with millimeter precision.

Length variation:

From 500 mm up to 8000 mm.

Insulation values

The upper and under panels of the LIGHT PANEL form one whole with the roof structure. The combination of the upper panel and double-walled under panel, the stationary air in-between, and the sealing foam applicators and tapes ensure an insulating value of approximately 2.7 W/m2.K

The sound insulating value reaches approx.: - 30dB

Sealing

Sealing tape is applied to the left and right sides of the panel in the LIGHT PANEL BV factory (see the reproduction below). The tape ensures extra airtightness and prevents moisture build-up and condensation.

Core thickness and top height

The LIGHT PANEL can be produced in a wave profile and in a trapezoidal profile. You can also choose both profiles in different types. Every type has a different top height.

The core thickness and top height of the Wave profile are:

Core 30 mm and height 70 mm
Core 40 mm and height 80 mm
Core 60 mm and height 100 mm
Core 80 mm and height 120 mm

The core thickness and top height of the Trapezoid profile are:

Core 30 mm and height 65 mm
Core 40 mm and height 75 mm
Core 60 mm and height 95 mm
Core 80 mm and height 115 mm
